高校学生心理弹性、社会支持与积极心理健康关系的调查研究

【摘要】:研究旨在探讨高校学生心理弹性、社会支持与积极心理健康的关系,采用积极心理健康(PMH-14)中文版量表、心理弹性(RS-11)中文版量表、社会支持量表(FSOZU-K14),对河北省唐山市几所高校的3500名大学生进行随机取样和测量,最终发现:(1)高校男女学生在心理弹性总分上存在差异(t=2.044,P0.05),并且男生的心理弹性总分要显著高于女生;(2)在社会支持总分方面不存在性别差异(t=0.878,P0.05);(3)高校男女学生在积极心理健康总分方面不存在显著性差异(t=-1.909,P0.05);(4)心理弹性、社会支持与积极心理健康正相关,并且心理弹性和社会支持对积极心理健康有显著预测作用;(5)心理弹性对高校学生社会支持和积极心理健康的调节效应显著,说明心理弹性在社会支持和积极心理健康之间起调节作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between college students' mental resilience, social support and positive mental health. The Chinese version of positive mental health (PMH-14), the Chinese version of psychological elasticity (RS-11), and the social support scale (FSOZU-K14) were used. The random sampling and measurement of 3500 college students in several colleges and universities in Tangshan City, Hebei Province showed that: (1) there was a difference in the total score of psychological elasticity between male and female college students (t2.044%, P0.05). And the total score of mental resilience of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. (2) there was no gender difference in the total score of social support (t 0.878); (3). There was no significant difference in the total score of positive mental health between male and female college students (t = 1.909 P 0.05). (4) resilience, social support and positive mental health were positively correlated, and resilience and social support had significant predictive effects on positive mental health. (5) the adjustment effect of resilience on social support and positive mental health of college students is significant, which indicates that resilience plays a regulatory role between social support and positive mental health.
