义务教育质量均衡发展:内涵要求及路径选择——兼论义务教育质量的特性

【摘要】:义务教育质量是一个多维度的概念,它具备发展性、系统性、规定性与可控性等特性。就现阶段而言,我国义务教育质量均衡发展的内涵要求主要包括协同发展、内生发展和个性发展三个方面。基于此,促进义务教育质量的均衡发展,一是要制定科学的国家质量标准体系加强质量的监控;二是加强区域、城乡及学校之间的统筹规划;三是倡导学校的自主发展,大力推进课堂教学改革;四是加强学校文化建设和品牌建设。
[Abstract]:The quality of compulsory education is a multi-dimensional concept, which has the characteristics of development, systematicness, regulation and controllability. At the present stage, the connotation of the balanced development of compulsory education quality in China mainly includes three aspects: coordinated development, endogenous development and personality development. Based on this, to promote the balanced development of compulsory education quality, one is to establish a scientific national quality standard system to strengthen quality monitoring, the other is to strengthen the overall planning between regions, urban and rural areas and schools; The third is to advocate the independent development of the school, to promote the classroom teaching reform, and to strengthen the school culture construction and brand building.
