区域数字教育资源建设研究

【摘要】:在基础教育领域,数字教育资源的建设与应用经过了多年的发展,正逐步深入。但是,依然存在优质资源数量匮乏,结构单一,应用不方便的问题,主要原因是尚未形成数字教育资源共建共享的长效机制。目前,国家已经提出优质教育资源班班通的发展目标,那么如何利用信息技术,构建数字教育资源的技术平台以有效解决共建共享的问题,以及从区域应用发展的角度开展此方面的建设研究,具有重要的应用价值。区域数字教育资源的共建共享,核心的问题是如何构建一个方便的技术平台,并辅之以有效的激励策略[1]。技术平台的架构要解决各级教育部门、学校、教师对资源建设与应用的需求。即资源的上传、审核、入库、访问权限控制、评优推荐、各级资源库的对接、应用共享服务聚合等。由此提出资源共建共享的基本框架模型和平台的架构设计;在系统实现中各级资源平台分层对接,资源库按分布式部署,应用功能按需扩展;为实现平台应用功能的动态扩展机制,通过研究选择以OAuth标准构建开放接口,并作为与第三方平台对接的技术方案,且完成了技术实现;最后,为保证资源共享和各资源库间互操作,对数字教育资源库建设提出了资源分类标准和数据规范,资源分类标准将文字、图片、动画及微课等新媒体纳入其中,提出了涵盖数据存储标准、资源基本分类、元数据结构、资源类型设计框架等数字教育资源标准和数据规范。区域数字教育资源建设研究,从平台功能需求、区域资源整合技术、数字教育资源分类标准三个方面开展了分析和研究。在陕西省的相关项目中,该技术框架和资源库标准应用于实践,已取得了一定的成效,并将应用效果中出现的问题,作为下一步研究和解决的重点方向。
[Abstract]:In the field of basic education, the construction and application of digital education resources have been developed for many years and are gradually deepening. However, there are still the problems of lack of high quality resources, single structure and inconvenient application. The main reason is that the long-term mechanism of digital education resources co-construction and sharing has not been formed. At present, the country has put forward the development goal of quality educational resources, so how to make use of information technology to build a technology platform for digital education resources to effectively solve the problem of co-construction and sharing. And from the perspective of regional application development to carry out this aspect of the construction research, has an important application value. The core problem of the joint construction and sharing of regional digital education resources is how to build a convenient technical platform with effective incentive strategies [1]. The structure of the technology platform should meet the needs of education departments, schools and teachers for resource construction and application at all levels. That is, resources upload, audit, database, access rights control, evaluation and recommendation, the docking of resources at all levels, application sharing service aggregation and so on. Therefore, the basic framework model and architecture design of resource co-construction and sharing are put forward, and in the realization of the system, all levels of resource platform are layered and docked, the resource base is distributed deployed, and the application function is expanded as needed. In order to realize the dynamic extension mechanism of platform application function, the open interface is constructed by OAuth standard, which is used as the technical scheme of docking with the third party platform, and the technical realization is completed. Finally, in order to ensure the sharing of resources and the mutual operation of each resource bank, the paper puts forward the resource classification standard and data standard for the construction of digital education resource bank. The resource classification standard includes new media such as text, picture, animation and micro-class. The standard and data specification of digital education resources including data storage standard, basic classification of resources, metadata structure, design framework of resource type and so on are put forward. The research on the construction of regional digital education resources has carried out analysis and research from three aspects: the platform function demand, the regional resources integration technology, the digital education resources classification standard. In the relevant projects of Shaanxi Province, the technical framework and the standard of resource base have been applied to practice, and some achievements have been made, and the problems in the application effect have been regarded as the key direction of further research and solution.
