教育现象学视角下的教师行动研究
[Abstract]:The improvement of the quality of education in China requires the participation and efforts of teachers. As an important practitioner in educational action research, teachers' action research has always been a dilemma in different aspects, such as theory and practice. It is feasible to reflect on the current teachers' action research from the perspective of educational phenomenology, and it is also of theoretical and practical significance. In carrying out educational research, both phenomenology of education and teachers' action research pay close attention to the harmonious development of educational practice and theory, and regard people as the core of the educational process, and promote the professional development of teachers and the gradual growth of students. The study of teacher action from the perspective of educational phenomenology takes phenomenology as its philosophical paradigm and has its own unique interpretation of the dilemma in teacher action research. Educational phenomenology provides a new possibility for teachers' action research by advocating return to the true nature of education. Adhering to the phenomenological principles of "suspension", "essence intuition", "life world" and "returning to the event itself", teachers' action research has been constructed in the light of educational phenomenology. From the perspective of educational phenomenology, we advocate that the educational situation should become the subject space of teacher action research, adhere to the orientation of closeness to the unknown as the main theme of teacher action research, and under the guidance of the open concept of sustainable development of teachers, Finally return to educational life, move towards the true nature of education!
