学前教育(英语方向)专业英语课程开发需求分析研究

  社会生活的信息化和经济的全球化,使英语的重要性不断凸显。英语已经是我国各阶段教育教学的重中之重。英语教育的低龄化使学前英语教育逐渐成为教育界的一个热点话题,成为人们关注的焦点。许多幼儿园把英语教育作为了幼儿园教育内容的有机组成部分。幼儿园对学前英语教师的需求与日俱增使得许多师范院校的学前教育专业转变了传统教育思路,把培养学前英语师资作为了重点。从而,一个新型的学前教育专业——学前教育(英语方向)专业出现了。如何开发出适合学前教育(英语方向)专业学生的英语课程成为了亟待解决的问题之一。需求分析是课程开发和实施教学的基础步骤,在开发语言课程中有着极其重要的作用。需求分析的最终目的是有的放矢地制定教学目标、教学内容、评价方式等,以改进教学活动。没有需求分析作为依据,就很难避免出现依靠主观判断来实施课程开发。本研究以需求分析理论为基础,通过问卷调查及访谈,展开问题分析,探索师范院校学前教育(英语方向)专业学生的学习需求及用人单位对学前英语教师英语能力的需求,以发现目前学前教育(英语方向)专业英语课程设置的不足之处,并提出相应解决方案。调查发现:1、学生的英语听说能力明显差于读写能力,而用人单位...
