【摘要】:作为研究生教育体系的重要组成部分和教师教育的重要阶段,教育硕士专业学位教育已经成为为教育这一专门职业培养高级专业人才的重要手段,并日益受到各国的普遍重视。 日本是基础教育最发达国家之一,其教师教育的先进性也是有目共睹的,日本的许多教育理念及教育实践都走在世界前列,日本的教职大学院制度的确立,时间虽短,但实际上也是经过了多年探讨与实践的结果,其模式具有高度实践化的特色,所以仍有许多值得学习与借鉴的地方。 本文主要以日本教师教育改革和专业学位发展的历程为切入点,考察了教职大学院的创建过程,对教职大学院的发展现状进行阐述,并通过兵库教育大学的个案研究来分析日本教职大学院高度实践化的培养模式是如何实现的,从中总结发现规律,以期对我国教育硕士培养有所借鉴启示。 本文主要分为以下四个部分: 第一部分:绪论。阐述了本论文创作的选题缘由、文献综述、研究方法及核心概念的界定。 第二部分:日本教职大学院内涵。从历史角度考察了教职大学院的创设过程,并对其创建的方针以及发展现状进行阐述和分析。 第三部分:案例研究。以兵库教育大学为个案研究对象,着重对其丰富而具有特色的课程体系及管理运作机制进行论述,考察其高度实践化的培养模式是如何实现的,以保障其培养质量。 第四部分:借鉴启示。通过简要比较,论述了日本教职大学院的培养模式对我国教育硕士培养的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As an important part of graduate education system and an important stage of teacher education, education master's degree education has become an important means to train senior professional talents for the education profession, and is attracting increasing attention from all countries.
Japan is one of the most basic education in developed countries, the advancement of teacher education is obvious to people that are at the forefront of the world's many educational philosophy and educational practice, the Japanese school system is established, the time is short, but after years of exploration and practice of the results, the model is highly practical the characteristics, so there are still many places worth learning and reference.
The course is mainly in the development of Japanese teacher education reform and professional degree as the breakthrough point, inspected the school's creation process, the development status of the school are elaborated, and through a case study of Hyogo University of Teacher Education to analyze the training mode of Japanese school height of practice is how to achieve, in conclusion the law, in order to refer to the enlightenment to the cultivation of master of education in China.
This article is divided into the following four parts:
The first part is the introduction. It expounds the reasons for the topic of this thesis, the literature review, the research method and the definition of the core concept.
The second part: the connotation of Japanese teaching college. From a historical perspective, we explored the creation process of teaching college, and elaborated the policy and current situation of its development.
The third part: case study. Taking Hyogo University of Teacher Education as a case study, it focuses on its rich and characteristic curriculum system and management operation mechanism, and examines how its highly practical training mode is realized, so as to ensure its training quality.
The fourth part: draw lessons from the enlightenment. Through a brief comparison, this paper discusses the reference significance of the training mode of the Japanese College of education to the training of the master of education in China.
