初中生亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理的关系研究

【摘要】:青春期是一个人发展的关键时期,进入青春期的初中生随着性生理的变化,由于性教育的缺失,其性心理面临极大的考验。研究表明,随着网络色情的传播、单亲家庭的增多、艾滋病蔓延的加快等社会因素的影响,目前我国初中生性心理健康状况并不理想,严重阻碍了青少年的健康成长。本研究旨在通过对亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理健康的问卷调查,考察初中生亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理健康的现状及其关系,以探索影响性心理健康的因素,为开展对初中生的科学性教育提供依据。本研究对改善初中生性心理健康教育,促进初中生健康成长具有重要意义。 本研究采用洛一和郑勇编制的青春期性心理健康问卷与Armsden和Greenberg编制的父母同伴依恋量表(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment, IPPA)对541名初中生的亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理健康的现状及其关系进行调查研究,采用SPSS16.0和AMOS5.0进行数据分析和处理。 结果如下: (1)亲子依恋在年级、是否独生子女的变量上存在差异,表现为:初一学生的亲子依恋质量最好;独生子女的亲子依恋质量好于非独生子女。同伴依恋在性别变量上存在差异性,表现为:女生的同伴依恋质量好于男生。 (2)性心理健康在性别、年级的变量上存在差异,表现为:初中男生在性心理总得分上高于女生。在维度上,男生的性知识、性控制力与自身适应好于女生。初一学生的性心理健康最差。 (3)对亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理健康进行两两相关分析,结果表明:亲子依恋与同伴依恋显著相关,亲子依恋与性心理健康、同伴依恋与性心理健康的相关和亲子依恋与同伴依恋一致。 (4)对亲子依恋、同伴依恋与性心理健康回归分析和模型分析,结果表明:亲子依恋通过同伴依恋影响性心理健康,同时亲子依恋也直接影响性心理健康。 结论:亲子依恋不但对性心理有直接预测力,而且它可以通过影响同伴依恋,进一步对性心理健康产生影响。同伴依恋是亲子依恋对性心理健康作用的一个部分中介变量。
[Abstract]:Adolescence is a critical period for the development of a person. With the change of sexual physiology and the lack of sex education, the sexual psychology of junior high school students in puberty is facing a great test. Research shows that with the spread of online pornography, the number of single-parent families increases. The impact of social factors such as the acceleration of the spread of AIDS, the current mental health status of junior high school students in China is not ideal, which seriously hinders the healthy growth of adolescents. A questionnaire survey on peer attachment and sexual mental health was conducted to investigate the current situation and relationship of parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health among junior high school students, in order to explore the factors affecting sexual mental health. This study is of great significance to improve the sexual mental health education and promote the healthy growth of junior high school students. In this study, 541 junior middle school students were subjected to parent-child attachment with the inventory of Parent and Peer attachment (IPPAs), compiled by Luoyi and Zheng Yong's adolescent sexual mental health questionnaire and Armsden and Greenberg's Parent-Peer attachment scale. The present situation and the relationship between peer attachment and sexual mental health were investigated, and the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS16.0 and AMOS5.0. The results are as follows:. 1) there are differences in the variables of parent-child attachment in grade, showing that the quality of parent-child attachment is the best among junior high school students, the quality of parent-child attachment of only child is better than that of non-only child, and that of peer attachment is different in gender variables. The results showed that the quality of peer attachment of girls was better than that of boys. (2) there were differences in sex and grade variables in sexual mental health, which showed that the total score of sexual psychology of junior middle school boys was higher than that of female students, and in dimension, the sex knowledge of boys was higher than that of girls. Sexual control and self-adaptation are better than girls. The first grade students have the worst sexual mental health. 3) A pairwise correlation analysis was made between parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health. The results showed that parent-child attachment was significantly related to peer attachment, parent-child attachment to sexual mental health, and parent-child attachment to sexual mental health. The relationship between peer attachment and sexual mental health and parent-child attachment is consistent with peer attachment. 4) regression analysis and model analysis on parent-child attachment, peer attachment and sexual mental health. The results show that parent-child attachment affects sexual mental health through peer attachment, and parent-child attachment also directly affects sexual mental health. Conclusion: parent-child attachment is not only a direct predictor of sexual psychology, but also has a further effect on sexual mental health by influencing peer attachment, which is a partial mediating variable of parent-child attachment to sexual mental health.
