Research on the Reading Promotion Behavior of University Libraries in Shanghai ZHA Yu Abstract With a random sample which having been carried out the reading promotion activity by university libraries in shanghai in 2012 ，the thesis gets organization situation and the weight analyzes for the reading promotion activity. Also the thesis researches new acts of reading promotion with shanghai library random sample, and works out comparative research and weight analysis. Finally, according to the synthesized analysis, the thesis points out the inadequacies of the reading promotion activity of university libraries, and puts forward the comprehensiveness, network and digitization for reading promotion activity.
