日本教育硕士专业学位教育质量保障措施研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展与变革,对于专业人才的需求逐渐增加。而学校内也面临着学生学习意识不高、学校霸凌事件等问题。文部科学省希望通过在研究生阶段设立以培养具有高度专门职业技能的教师人才机构——教职大学院来改善这种情况。随着对专业人才需求的增加,2016年又增加了19所,共计45所教职大学院培养教师人才。随着教职大学院的设立和发展,为了保障培养的质量。文部科学省会对其培养过程进行监督,另外,还设立第三方评价机构定期对教职大学院进行评价,以保障其学生的培养质量。除了外部教育质量保障措施,文部科学省还要求所有设立教职大学院的大学进行自我评价,通过评价了解自身的不足之处,在日后进行改善。并通过内部教育质量保障措施,从招生选拔、实习形式、课程设置等方面对日本的教职大学院进行审查。日本通过内外部教育质量保障措施对教职大学院的教学质量等方面进行具体的监督,促进日本教育硕士专业学位教育质量的提升与稳固。第一部分通过介绍全面质量管理和高等教育质量保障观的内容,为研究日本教育硕士专业学位教育质量保障措施打下理论方面的基础。第二部分介绍外部质量保障措施,在日本有文部科学省和第三方评价机构对其进行培养质量的状况进行审查。第三部分是介绍内部质量保障措施,通过对选取的4所案例学校在招生选拔、教师队伍、课程设置、实习情况和教育成果反馈方面的保障措施,分析其特点以供我国学习借鉴。第四部分是对我国的启示,研究后发现日本除了有完善的外部教育质量保障措施外,内部教育质量保障措施更为重要。我国可以从完善教育硕士相关法律、建立专门的第三方评价机构、完善招生选拔机制、优化现有的教师队伍、构建有特色的课程、加强教育硕士的实习形式、建立完善的毕业生教育成果反馈途径方面得到启示,为我国教育硕士的发展提供借鉴作用。并且,教育质量保障的核心内容是学校自身的教育质量保障措施,我国应该从培养条件、培养过程和培养成效三方面出发,制定完备的教育质量保障措施,培养出更优质的学生,促进我国教育硕士专业学位教育迅速发展。
[Abstract]:With the development and change of society, the demand for professional talents is increasing gradually. The Ministry of Education and Science hopes to improve this situation by setting up at the graduate level a teacher's college with highly specialized vocational skills. In 2016, there were 19 more. With the establishment and development of the faculty colleges and universities, the provincial capital of the Ministry of Culture and Science supervises the training process in order to ensure the quality of the training. After the study, it is found that Japan has not only perfect external education quality assurance measures, but also the external education quality assurance measures. Internal education quality assurance measures are more important. Our country can improve the relevant laws of master of education, establish specialized third-party evaluation institutions, perfect the recruitment and selection mechanism, optimize the existing teaching staff, and construct characteristic courses. To strengthen the practice form of Master of Education, to establish a perfect way to feedback the educational achievements of graduates, to provide a reference for the development of Master of Education in China. The core content of the education quality guarantee is the education quality guarantee measure of the school itself, our country should proceed from the training condition, the training process and the training result three aspects, formulates the complete education quality guarantee measure, trains the higher quality student. To promote the rapid development of education master's degree education in China.
