“双创时代”研究生创业伦理培育的意义与研究进路

【摘要】：认为研究生创业伦理水平是制约其创业实践发展的关键要素,研究生创业伦理培育是在研究生创业群体中培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有效途径。基于当前创业伦理研究的现状以及对创业与伦理进行交叉研究的成果,提出我国未来对研究生创业伦理培育的研究应该聚焦在三个方面:即中国研究生创业伦理问题的表征与特质,研究生创业伦理生成与发展的内在机理和影响要素,研究生创业伦理的培育。
[Abstract]:Think of graduate business ethics level is the key factor restricting the development of entrepreneurship practice, Graduate Entrepreneurship is the effective way to cultivate the ethics of graduate business groups to cultivate and practice the socialist core values. The current research status of the business ethics and cross research on entrepreneurship and ethics based on the results, put forward China's future of graduate students the cultivation of entrepreneurship research ethics should focus on three aspects: characterization and features of China graduate business ethics, graduate students and factors affecting the internal mechanism of the formation and development of business ethics, Graduate Entrepreneurship ethics.
