澳大利亚专业博士生培养模式的演变及启示

【摘要】：澳大利亚专业博士生教育在20余年的持续改革与创新中,经历了学术主导的"课程学习+学位论文"模式、职业导向的"P/W/U三维协作"模式、以及职业性与研究性并重的"以学生为中心的实践导向"模式,共三代各具特色的发展阶段。澳大利亚专业博士生培养模式的某些经验值得我们认真思考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:During the continuous reform and innovation of Australian professional doctoral education for more than 20 years, it has experienced the academically dominated "course study degree thesis" model and the career oriented "P / W / U three-dimensional collaboration" model. As well as the "student-centered practice orientation" model, which emphasizes both professional and research, there are three different stages of development. Some experiences of Australian professional doctoral training model are worthy of our careful consideration and reference.
