论研究生课程学习与科研训练整合的三个维度——基于30位新进校博士青年教师的调查启迪

【摘要】：课程学习与科研训练整合是提升研究生科研创新能力的一条重要途径。专题调查显示,研究生的课程学习既发挥着促进科研创新能力的作用,也有影响科研创新能力提升的表现,论文剖析了形成这两种作用关系的原因和机制,提出了从内容、教学、师资三个维度实施改革来实现研究生课程学习与科研训练整合的研究建议。
[Abstract]:The integration of curriculum learning and scientific research training is an important way to improve the ability of scientific research innovation of graduate students. The special investigation shows that the curriculum learning of graduate students not only plays a role in promoting the ability of scientific research innovation. There are also some manifestations that affect the improvement of scientific research innovation ability. The paper analyzes the reasons and mechanisms that form the relationship between the two roles, and puts forward the contents, teaching, Three dimensions of teachers to implement the reform to achieve the integration of postgraduate curriculum learning and scientific research training research recommendations.
