高校民族传统体育专业硕士研究生人才培养模式的研究

【摘要】：民族传统体育专业被国务院学位委员会在1997年批准，列为一级体育学科下的二级学科之一。1998年又将武术制定为民族传统体育专业。在这一背景下，全国部分高校自1999年开始陆续招收民族传统体育专业学生。高校是民族传统体育专业人才资源重地，是弘扬民族文化、传承民族传统体育的重地。发展至今天，在学科建设、专业建设上取得较大发展并逐渐走向成熟。可是在走向成熟时，高校人才培养模式所出现的问题，也渐渐展露出来，因此研究、创新我国高校民族传统体育专业硕士研究生人才培养模式成了本文研究的任务。本文采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑方法、数理统计等研究方法，调查当前我国高等院校民族传统体育(研究生)专业的办学现状，剖析了民族传统体育硕士研究生人才培养目标、专业方向设置、课程设置、就业以及社会对民族传统体育人才的需求等情况，分析了主要存在的问题及原因。并在此基础上，，结合人才培养模式的基本理论，提出了新型人才培养模的构建，以培养出符合社会发展需求的人才。
[Abstract]:National traditional physical education was approved by the academic degree Committee of the State Council in 1997 and listed as one of the second-class subjects under the first-level physical education. In 1998, martial arts was established as the national traditional physical education. In this context, Since 1999, some colleges and universities throughout the country have been recruiting students of traditional national sports. Colleges and universities are important places for the talent resources of national traditional sports, for carrying forward national culture and for inheriting traditional national sports. Major construction has made great progress and gradually matured. However, in the process of maturing, the problems of talent training mode in colleges and universities are also gradually emerging, so the research, It is the task of this paper to innovate the mode of cultivation of postgraduates majoring in traditional national sports in colleges and universities of our country. In this paper, the author investigates the current situation of national traditional sports (graduate students) major in colleges and universities in our country by using the methods of literature, investigation, logic, mathematical statistics and other research methods. This paper analyzes on the training goal, professional orientation, curriculum setting, employment and the demand of the society for the national traditional sports graduate students, analyzes the main problems and reasons, and on the basis of this, analyzes the main problems and reasons. Based on the basic theory of talent training model, the paper puts forward the construction of new talent training model in order to cultivate talents who meet the needs of social development.
