刍议研究生奖学金制度

【摘要】：在实行所有的研究生上学需缴纳学费的"单轨制"后,各高校都实行了配套的研究生奖学金制度以帮助研究生更好地完成学业。而在围绕奖学金的种类、来源、金额、覆盖面以及评定等方面还有以下问题有待解决:如何增加研究生奖学金的种类;如何扩大奖学金的来源从而扩大奖学金的覆盖面和奖学金各奖项的金额;如何保证奖学金评定过程中的公正和公平。因为这些问题的解决不仅有助于保证这项制度的顺利开展,还可以进而推动有关研究生培养制度改革的其他方面工作的开展。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the "mono-track" system, which requires all graduate students to pay tuition fees, all colleges and universities have implemented a matching postgraduate scholarship system to help graduate students to complete their studies better. But around the types, sources, and amounts of scholarships, The following problems remain to be solved in terms of coverage and evaluation: how to increase the types of scholarships for graduate students; how to expand the sources of scholarships and thus the coverage of scholarships and the amount of awards awarded; How to ensure the fairness and fairness in the course of scholarship evaluation, because the solution of these problems can not only help to ensure the smooth development of the system, but also promote the development of other aspects of the reform of the graduate education system.
