专业学位的学科基础及其对专业学位研究生培养工作组织主体的影响

【摘要】:提出我国50年代初建立的以专业为核心的"学校—系—专业—教研组"组织架构,比较适合学术型硕士、博士研究生的培养。专业学位学科基础的跨学科、开放性的特点,决定了专业学位研究生培养工作有多个主体参与培养,培养资源由多个主体分散掌握。现有以二级学科为基础构建的学科组织结构不适应专业学位研究生的培养。提出应通过组建专业学院、建立学院层面专业学位研究生教育的组织主体、搭建独立于学院的专业学位研究生教育平台、建立开放运行机制等措施,构建适应专业学位研究生教育的学科基础的组织主体,促进专业学位研究生教育持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the organization structure of "School-Department-Special-Teaching and Research Group", which was established at the beginning of 50s, which is more suitable for the cultivation of academic master's degree and doctoral graduate students, and the interdisciplinary and open characteristics of the basic discipline of professional degree. It is decided that there are many subjects involved in the training of professional graduate students. The present discipline organization structure based on the secondary discipline is not suitable for the cultivation of professional graduate students. It is suggested that a professional college should be set up. Setting up the organization subject of professional degree graduate education at the college level, setting up the professional degree graduate education platform independent from the college, setting up the open operation mechanism and so on, constructing the organization subject which adapts to the discipline foundation of the professional degree graduate education. To promote the sustained and healthy development of professional graduate education.
