【摘要】:随着知识经济时代的到来,全球化竞争加剧,社会对劳动者的素质要求越来越高,越来越多的社会职业开始向专业化的行列迈进。设置专业学位,发展硕士专业学位研究生教育,是培养社会发展所需要的高层次应用型专门人才的一种有效途径,也越来越受到各国重视。日本在21世纪知识技术更新,国内高层次专业人才短缺等背景下,受美国专业学位研究生院的影响,进行了高等教育改革,发展硕士专业学位研究生教育。探究同为亚洲国家的日本硕士专业学位研究生教育,审视自身发展状况,是我国硕士专业学位研究生教育健康发展的应然,也是必然之路。比较研究法、文献法及个案研究法是本论文的主要研究方法,绪论部分的选题缘由、研究意义、研究现状综述以及相关概念界定等为本论文正文部分的研究奠定了基础。日本硕士专业学位研究生教育的发展历程可分为初步探索期、确立成型期和深化推进期三个阶段;其培养目标是培养高层次、特定领域的专门职业人才;学科种类可分为人文社科类、理工类和医学类;在组织形式、课程设置、专任教师、教学方式等方面也呈现出专门化、实践性、独立性和多样化等特点,已初步形成了日本硕士专业学位研究生教育体系。为日本社会培养了一批高层次专门职业人才,缓解了日本社会人员学习需求,扩展了日本研究生教育规模,提升了日本职业教育层次结构。但同时也存在着一些问题,如学科种类设置待调整、学科内部发展不甚均衡及专业学位与职业资格衔接进程缓慢等。总体来看,给予我国硕士专业学位研究生教育以下启示:加强政策法规制度建设,建立专门专业评估机构,保障我国硕士专业学位研究生教育的质量;单独设立专任教师岗位,确保师资水平及硕士专业学位研究生教育的独立性;并注重与企业的实践合作,关联市场职业需求,重视专业学位与职业资格的衔接,创办符合我国实际的特色硕士专业学位研究生教育。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the globalization competition intensifies, the society demands the laborer's quality more and more high, more and more social professions begin to stride forward to the specialized ranks. The development of graduate education with master's degree is an effective way to train high-level applied talents needed for social development, and has been paid more and more attention by many countries. In 21th century, Japan updated its knowledge and technology. Under the background of the shortage of high-level professionals in China, and under the influence of the American Graduate School of Professional degree, the higher education reform has been carried out. To explore Japan's graduate education of master's degree, which is also an Asian country, and to examine its own development situation, is the proper way for the healthy development of graduate education of master's degree in our country. The comparative research method, the literature method and the case study method are the main research methods of this paper, the reason of the introduction part, the significance of the research. The summary of research status and the definition of related concepts lay the foundation for the study of the main body of this thesis. The development process of graduate education of Japanese master's degree can be divided into three stages: preliminary exploration period, forming stage and deepening advancing period; Its training goal is to train high-level, specialized professionals in specific fields; the disciplines can be divided into humanities, social sciences, science and technology, and medicine; and they also show specialization in organizational form, curriculum, full-time teachers, teaching methods, etc. The characteristics of practicality, independence and diversification have preliminarily formed the Japanese education system for master's degree and graduate students. It has trained a number of high-level specialized professionals for Japanese society and alleviated the learning needs of Japanese social personnel. The scale of graduate education in Japan has been expanded, and the hierarchical structure of vocational education in Japan has been upgraded. However, there are also some problems, such as the subject types to be adjusted, The internal development of disciplines is not balanced and the process of linking professional degrees and professional qualifications is slow. In general, it gives the following enlightenment to graduate education of master's degree in China: strengthening the construction of policies, regulations and systems, establishing specialized professional evaluation institutions, etc. To ensure the quality of graduate education of master's degree in China; to establish full-time teacher posts separately to ensure the level of teachers and the independence of graduate education of master's degree; and to attach importance to the practical cooperation with enterprises, and to relate the professional needs of the market. Pay attention to the connection between professional degree and professional qualification, and set up the postgraduate education of master's degree in accordance with the reality of our country.
