芝加哥艺术学院工作室艺术硕士培养模式研究

【摘要】:艺术硕士,英文名称为Master of Fine Arts,简称MFA,在欧美发达国家是一个发展较成熟的学位制度,其旨在培养艺术创作领域的高层次应用型人才。我国针对当前艺术领域研究生培养的弊端,借鉴了欧美这一学位制度,并于2005年设置了艺术硕士学位。目前,我国美术领域艺术硕士学位制度的发展还处于初级阶段,对艺术硕士人才的培养还存在诸多问题,主要表现为人才培养结构松散,难成体系。各高校急需建立有效的艺术硕士人才培养模式,以确保我国高层次艺术人才输出的质量。面对艺术硕士这一非本土化的学位制度,对其人才培养模式的建构,首先要深入理解和把握欧美国家较完善的艺术硕士培养模式,进而加快我们对艺术硕士培养模式探索的进程。本文运用比较的研究视角,选取美国芝加哥艺术学院为研究对象,着重探索其工作室艺术硕士培养模式的构成及运行,进而形成对我国高校艺术硕士培养模式建构的反思。基于以上研究思路,本文形成如下研究框架:引言部分,首先围绕本文的研究问题进行“选题立意”的分析;其次通过对“研究现状”的综述总结本论文的研究基础;最后阐述笔者针对这一研究问题的“研究思路”。第一章芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士学位定位及培养理念。第二章芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式的静态构成。介绍芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕培养模式的四个构成要素:培养目标,入学形式,培养方式,质量评价。并详细阐述各要素内包含的子要素。第三章芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式的运作机制。分析芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式中各要素的运作机制,并将其总结为:目标驱动机制,协调发展机制和系统开放机制。第四章芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式实施条件。分析芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式得以有效运作的物质条件和非物质条件。第五章芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式的特点及反思。站位于我国艺术硕士培养的现实情况,分析芝加哥艺术学院艺术硕士培养模式的特点,并反思我国高校的艺术硕士培养模式的建构。
[Abstract]:Master of Arts, the English name of Master of Fine Arts, is a mature degree system in developed countries in Europe and America. It aims to train high-level applied talents in the field of art creation. In view of the shortcomings of the current graduate training in the field of art, China has drawn lessons from the European and American degree system, and has set up a master's degree in art in 2005. The development of art master's degree system in our country is still in the primary stage. There are still many problems in the cultivation of art master's talents, mainly manifested in the loose structure of talent training. It is urgent for colleges and universities to establish an effective training model for master of art talents in order to ensure the quality of the export of high-level artistic talents. In the face of the non-native degree system of master of art, the construction of the training mode of art masters is necessary. First of all, we should deeply understand and grasp the more perfect training mode of master of art in Europe and America, and speed up the process of our exploration of the mode of training for master of art. This paper, from the perspective of comparative research, selects the Chicago Academy of Art as the object of study. This paper focuses on the composition and operation of the training mode of the master of art in the studio, and then forms a reflection on the construction of the training mode of the master of art in colleges and universities in China. Based on the above research ideas, this paper forms the following research framework: introduction, First of all, the paper analyzes the idea of topic selection around the research problems in this paper, and then summarizes the research basis of this paper by summarizing the current situation of the research. The first chapter is the orientation and training concept of the Master of Arts degree in Chicago Academy of Art. The second chapter is the static structure of the training mode of Master of Arts in Chicago Institute of Art. Four elements of the Art training Model of the Chicago Academy of Art: training objectives, The form of admission, the way of training, The third chapter is the operation mechanism of the art master training model of the Chicago Academy of Art, and analyzes the operation mechanism of each element in the art master training model of the Chicago Academy of Art. And summarized it as: goal driven mechanism, Coordinated development mechanism and open system mechanism. 4th conditions for the implementation of Chicago institute of art master of arts training model. Analysis of the effective operation of the Chicago institute of art master of arts model material and non-material conditions. Chapter 5th: characteristics and reflection of the training mode of Master of Arts in Chicago Academy of Art. Standing at the reality of Master of Arts training in China, This paper analyzes the characteristics of the training mode of the Master of Arts in the Chicago College of Art, and reflects on the construction of the training mode of the Master of Arts in China's colleges and universities.
