导师与辅导员在研究生培养中关系的实证分析

【摘要】：研究生教育作为我国学历教育的最高层次,是培养高级专门人才的最重要教育形式。笔者通过调查了东北农业大学畜牧学学科研究生导师与辅导员沟通现状和各自特点,初步探索了研究生导师和辅导员合作的有效途径,以期为高校的研究生管理工作及辅导员工作提供参考。
[Abstract]:Postgraduate education, as the highest level of academic education in China, is the most important form of education for cultivating senior specialized talents. The author investigated the communication status and characteristics of graduate tutors and counselors in livestock science of Northeast Agricultural University. This paper preliminarily explores the effective ways of cooperation between graduate tutors and counselors in order to provide reference for the management of graduate students and the work of counselors in colleges and universities.
