研究生培养机制改革中的理念嬗变与制度优化

【摘要】：研究生培养机制改革以来,研究生培养与管理发生了巨大变化,主要表现在八个方面:从科研引导转向科研主导;从计划资助转向竞争资助;从被动学习转向主动学习;从一元激励转向多元激励;从职责指导转向责权利统一;从封闭育人转向开放培养;从榜样引导转向全员考评;从计划管理转向和谐管理。为适应这些重要变化和发展趋势,高校须进一步优化科研考评制度、竞争资助工作制度、学生服务工作制度、多元激励工作制度、导师责任考评制度、国际化育人制度、全员德育考评体系、校园和谐管理制度等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of postgraduate training mechanism, graduate student training and management have undergone great changes, mainly in eight aspects: from scientific research guidance to scientific research leading, from plan support to competitive funding, from passive learning to active learning; From unitary incentives to pluralistic incentives; from responsibility guidance to unity of responsibility and rights; from closed education to open cultivation; from role models to full staff evaluation; from planning management to harmonious management; in order to adapt to these important changes and development trends, Colleges and universities should further optimize the evaluation system of scientific research, the system of competitive subsidy work, the system of student service, the system of multiple incentive work, the evaluation system of supervisor's responsibility, the system of international education and the system of moral education of all staff.
