研究生导师选择偏好关键因素的实证研究

【摘要】：随着中国研究生招生人数的不断上升,研究生导师指导工作对于研究生培养质量的重要性日益提高。在理论研究的基础上,通过设定研究生导师的属性和属性水平,采用正交设计获得18种导师类型;制作调查问卷对18种导师类型进行排序,运用结合分析对排序数据进行导师选择关键因素的测度。结果表明导师指导的认真负责程度、导师的人格魅力、与研究生的沟通交流次数成为研究生选择导师最关注的属性。最后提出提升导师综合素质的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of graduate students in China, the importance of tutors' guidance to the quality of graduate students' training is increasing. Based on the theoretical research, the attributes and the level of attributes of graduate tutors are set up. 18 types of mentors were obtained by orthogonal design, 18 types of mentors were sorted by questionnaire, and the key factors of teacher selection were measured by combining analysis. The results showed that the degree of responsibility of tutors' guidance was serious and responsible. The personality charm of the tutor and the number of communication between the tutor and the graduate student become the attributes that the graduate students pay most attention to. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the comprehensive quality of the tutor are put forward.
