密歇根大学与上海交通大学博士研究生教育的比较

【摘要】：从课程学习、资格考试、导师指导、科研训练和学位论文五个维度比较密歇根大学与上海交通大学博士研究生培养模式。建议我国调整博士研究生培养目标,提升博士研究生国际竞争力;严格控制博士研究生招生数量,大力发展来华留学博士研究生教育;以学科为基础构建博士研究生培养模式,组建导师指导团队;理顺博士研究生培养前期的淘汰机制,建立博士研究生年度评估制度;贯通设置本硕博课程,提高博士研究生课程获得感;完善博士研究生教育治理体系,促进博士研究生教育学科差异化。
[Abstract]:From the five dimensions of course study, qualification examination, tutoring, scientific research training and degree thesis, this paper compares the mode of doctoral training between the University of Michigan and Shanghai Jiaotong University. To enhance the international competitiveness of doctoral students; to strictly control the number of doctoral students recruit students, vigorously develop doctoral education in China; to build a doctoral graduate training model based on discipline, and to set up a mentor guidance team; Straighten out the elimination mechanism in the early stage of doctoral graduate training, set up the annual evaluation system for doctoral graduate students, set up this master degree course, improve the sense of obtaining doctoral courses, perfect the management system of doctoral education, To promote the differentiation of doctoral graduate education.
