大学二级学院提高临床研究生培养质量问题探讨

【摘要】：临床医学专业研究生的导师主要来源于不同属性的各大医院,因此,临床研究生的培养具有明显的开放性特征。大学二级学院如何面对其现状,采取有效的措施确保临床医学专业研究生的培养质量,本文在这方面进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:The tutors of clinical medical graduate students mainly come from various hospitals with different attributes, therefore, the cultivation of clinical graduate students has obvious open characteristics.How to face the present situation and take effective measures to ensure the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine is discussed in this paper.
