【摘要】: 随着职业教育在我国的发展,职业技术教育学正在形成相对独立的学科体系,目前我国职业技术教育学研究生教育已形成一定规模。为保证职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量,研究其培养模式,探索改革和完善的措施是非常必要的。 目前,我国高校培养职业技术教育学硕士研究生普遍采用的仍是单一的学术型硕士研究生培养模式,既没有体现出职业教育之于普通教育对人才培养的区别,也没有根据社会对不同类型人才结构的需求实行不同的培养方式,从招生、培养目标、课程设置到质量评估等,几乎每个环节都与学术型硕士研究生培养模式如出一辙。职业技术教育学硕士研究生教育培养出来的单一的学术型人才,很难满足社会对高层次应用型、职业型人才的需要。 本文运用文献研究法、比较研究法、调查研究法和模式分析法,通过对我国职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养情况的调查,研究目前高校职业技术教育学硕士点培养研究生的状况,在借鉴美、英、德、日四国的职业教育学研究生培养经验的基础上,从培养目标、课程设置、培养过程和质量评估四个方面,提出完善我国职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养模式的基本设想。职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养模式应遵循经济社会发展和教育发展的规律,满足社会对人才多样化的需求,体现创新、借鉴、科学的原则,构建分类培养的模式,将职业技术教育学硕士研究生分为学术型和应用型(职业型)两种类型。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education in China, vocational and technical education is forming a relatively independent discipline system. At present, graduate education of vocational and technical education in China has formed a certain scale.In order to ensure the quality of postgraduate training in vocational and technical education, it is necessary to study its training mode and explore the measures of reform and perfection.At present, the mode of training master of vocational and technical education in colleges and universities in our country is still a single academic mode, which does not reflect the difference between vocational education and general education.There are no different training methods according to the needs of different types of talents, from enrollment, training objectives, curriculum settings to quality evaluation, almost every link is the same as the academic graduate training model.It is difficult to meet the needs of the society for high level applied and professional talents by the single academic talents trained by the graduate students of vocational and technical education.This paper applies the methods of literature research, comparative research, investigation and mode analysis to investigate the training situation of postgraduates in vocational and technical education in China.This paper studies the current situation of postgraduate training in postgraduates in vocational and technical education in colleges and universities. On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of training postgraduates in the United States, Britain, Germany and Japan, the training objectives and courses are introduced.Four aspects of training process and quality evaluation are put forward, and the basic idea of perfecting the training mode of master's degree in vocational and technical education in China is put forward.The training mode of postgraduates in vocational and technical education should follow the rules of economic and social development and educational development, meet the diverse demands of the society for talents, embody the principles of innovation, reference and science, and construct the mode of classified cultivation.The graduate students of vocational and technical education are divided into two types: academic type and applied type (vocational type).
