全球化背景下博士生教育国际化现状与趋势分析——以美国、英国为案例

【摘要】：20世纪90年代以来,以知识为基础的全球竞争日益激烈,在这一背景下,世界范围的博士生教育发生了巨大的变革。"竞争"成为博士生教育的重要理念,博士生教育越来越多地出现在科技创新和经济发展的命题之下。因此,吸收最优秀的学生、促进国际间博士生教育的交流与合作、培养在全球经济中最具竞争优势的高技术人才成为各国博士生教育的重要目标和策略。以美国、英国为案例,研究两国博士生教育国际化的现状,并在此基础上进一步对博士生教育国际化的发展趋势与特征进行了分析。
[Abstract]:"since the 1990s, the global competition based on knowledge has become increasingly fierce. In this context, doctoral education in the world has undergone tremendous changes."Competition "has become an important concept of doctoral education, which appears more and more under the proposition of scientific and technological innovation and economic development."Therefore, attracting the best students, promoting the exchange and cooperation of international doctoral education, training the most competitive high-tech talents in the global economy has become an important goal and strategy of doctoral education in various countries.Taking the United States and Britain as examples, this paper studies the current situation of the internationalization of doctoral education in the two countries, and further analyzes the development trend and characteristics of the internationalization of doctoral education.
