新时期高校研究生党建工作的现实瓶颈与应对思路

【摘要】：研究生党建工作在高等学校人才培养中占有重要地位。文章分析指出了研究生党建存在思想认识不足、党建机制弱化、支部建设薄弱、导师作用淡化、管理人员缺乏和入党动机多元等六大现实瓶颈,并从提高认识、制度创新、支部建设、导师功能、管理队伍与完善载体等六个方面提出了加强和改进研究生党建的应对思路。
[Abstract]:Party building of graduate students plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The paper points out that there are six realistic bottlenecks in the party building of graduate students, such as insufficient understanding of the Party building, weakening of the party building mechanism, weak branch building, desalination of the role of the mentor, lack of managers and pluralistic motivation for joining the party, and so on.Six aspects, such as branch construction, tutor function, management team and perfect carrier, are put forward to strengthen and improve the party building of graduate students.
