从“四心”角度谈加强研究生辅导员队伍建设

【摘要】：随着研究生的不断扩招,开展研究生思想政治教育工作显得尤为重要,研究生辅导员是开展研究生思想政治教育的主力军,因此必须要加强辅导员队伍建设。研究生辅导员要具备"四心":爱心、责任心、上进心、平常心。文章从培育"四心"型辅导员角度入手,并以东北林业大学为例,探讨加强辅导员队伍建设措施:在目标设定上,要加强研究生辅导员的职业化建设和专业化发展;在源头保障上,要从辅导员的选聘和任用制度入手,组建高素质的研究生辅导员队伍;在激励措施及政策、职务晋升以及相关待遇上,要给予研究生辅导员适当的倾斜;在支持保障上,要加强研究生辅导员培训和继续教育学习的力度等。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of graduate students, it is particularly important to carry out the ideological and political education of graduate students. The postgraduates counselors are the main force in the ideological and political education of postgraduates, so we must strengthen the construction of counselors.Graduate counselors should have "four hearts": love, sense of responsibility, self-motivated, normal.Starting from the angle of cultivating "four hearts" counselors, and taking Northeast Forestry University as an example, this paper discusses the measures to strengthen the construction of counselors' ranks: in terms of setting objectives, we should strengthen the professionalization and professional development of postgraduates' counselors;In terms of source protection, we should start with the selection and appointment system of counselors, set up a contingent of highly qualified postgraduates counselors, give them a proper inclination in terms of incentive measures and policies, job promotion and related treatment.In support of security, we should strengthen graduate counselors training and continuing education and learning efforts.
