山东省普通高校研究生体育教育的现状分析和对策研究

【摘要】:早在2002年8月,教育部就明文规定各类高校要对研究生开设体育选修课。2012年1月,为进一步加强山东省高等学校体育课程建设,全面实施素质教育,山东省教育厅发布了《山东省教育厅关于加强高校体育课程建设的意见》,在第二条指出,“高等学校应严格依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的规定设置体育课程,开足、开好体育课程;要为研究生开设不同类型的体育选修课,以满足学生体育学习与锻炼需求,保障学生接受体育教育的权利。学校任何部门和个人不得以任何理由削减或挤占体育课时。 研究生作为新时代肩负中国发展历史使命的高层次人才,不仅应有丰厚的知识积淀,更应具有健康的心理和强健的体魄。良好的身心素质是其发展创新能力的基础。但在调查中发现,研究生的体育意识不强,没有养成良好的体育锻炼习惯;绝大多数的高校也不重视研究生的体育教育。 因此,从体育意识、锻炼习惯、体育能力等方面入手对研究生进行培养,将进一步推动山东高校研究生体育教育工作的开展,树立研究生的终身体育思想以及开展全民健身运动有着深远意义;同时,对于进一步深化山东高校体育教育教学改革、培养高素质人才,促进高校人才乃至全民全面健康发展具有重要的现实意义。 本研究综合运用社会调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法、系统理论方法和逻辑分析法等,对山东高校在读研究生的体育教育现状进行调查和深入研究,得出以下结论: 1、山东省28所具有研招资格的高校中,仅有21.4%的高校开设了研究生体育课程。选择上体育课的比例为42.78%,主要受制于体育课选课名额的不足。有超过63%的研究生认为有必要开设体育课,研究生对体育课的广泛认同是研究生体育教育进一步发展的重要基础。 2、山东省开设体育课的6所高校中,都以选修课的形式,学分为2学分,基本上都是在研究生第一学期开设,,个别高校开课时间为一学年,每周2节课,共32到36个学时;体育课的评价标准以形成性和总结性评价相结合为主;在研究生体育课的满意度调查中,50%以上研究生对体育课评价一般及以下,男研究生评价满意度高于女研究生。 3、山东省高校在研究生课外体育活动的开展程度上,有开设体育课的各高校要高于没有开设的高校。 4、山东省各高校研究生的培养计划中均未包含研究生体育教育,没有得到应有的合法地位。多数高校对研究生体育教育并不重视,但整体上开课高校的重视程度要高于没有开设的高校,有具体的体育课教学大纲。 5、师资力量上,教授职称、研究生学历及以上的任课教师数量较少,比例不高,担任研究生体育课的教师大部分是本科学历,主要是副教授职称。 6、体育经费不足是山东省高校研究生体育教育普遍面临的问题,经费来源主要靠财政拨款,渠道不足;场地器材大体能够开课高校研究生体育教学的需求,但与研究生课外体育活动的满意度仍有一定差距。 7、山东省各高校均未设立体育健身咨询方面的机构,健身讲座举行的次数较少,频率较低,不能满足研究生关于体育健身方面咨询的需要。 8、相比较本科阶段,48.02%的研究生认为自身体质状况有不同程度的降低,且体能也有大幅度降低,山东省高校研究生健康状况不容乐观。
[Abstract]:As early as August 2002, the Ministry of education stated that all kinds of colleges and universities should open the elective course of physical education to graduate students in January.2012, in order to further strengthen the construction of physical education courses in Shandong higher schools and implement quality education in an all-round way. The Department of education of Shandong Province issued the opinion of the Education Department of Shandong Province on strengthening the construction of physical education courses in Colleges and universities, and pointed out in the second article. "Institutions of higher learning should set up physical education curricula strictly in accordance with the provisions of the guidelines for the teaching and instruction of physical education courses in the national colleges and universities, open enough and open sports courses; set up different types of sports elective courses for graduate students to meet the students' sports learning and training needs and guarantee the students' right to receive physical education. Individuals may not cut down or occupy sports classes for any reason.
As a high-level talented person with the historical mission of China's development in the new era, the graduate students should not only have rich knowledge accumulation, but also have healthy psychology and strong physique. Good physical and mental quality is the basis of their ability to develop and innovate. However, in the investigation, it is found that the sports consciousness of the graduate students is not strong, and the good physical exercise habits are not formed. Most colleges and universities do not attach importance to postgraduate sports education.
Therefore, the training of graduate students from the aspects of sports consciousness, exercise habits and sports ability will further promote the development of postgraduate sports education in Colleges and universities in Shandong, set up the postgraduate's lifelong sports thought and carry out the national fitness movement. In the same time, it will further deepen the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities in Shandong. It is of great practical significance to learn and reform, train high-quality talents, and promote the all-round and healthy development of talents in universities and even the whole people.
This study comprehensively uses the social investigation method, the literature method, the mathematical statistics method, the system theory method and the logical analysis method to investigate and study the physical education status of the graduate students in Shandong University, and draw the following conclusions:
1, among the 28 colleges and universities in Shandong Province, only 21.4% of colleges and universities have set up postgraduate sports courses. The proportion of selected sports courses is 42.78%, which is mainly affected by the shortage of the quota of elective courses in physical education. More than 63% graduate students believe that it is necessary to set up physical education classes, and the extensive identification of postgraduate students to physical education is the entrance of postgraduate sports education. An important foundation for one step of development.
2, in the 6 colleges and universities of physical education in Shandong, the form of elective courses, with a credit of 2 credits, is basically set up in the first semester of graduate students, the opening time of individual colleges and universities is one school year, 2 courses a week, and a total of 32 to 36 school hours; the evaluation standard of physical education is mainly combined with formative and summary evaluation; and the postgraduate physical education class is in the postgraduate course. In the survey of satisfaction, more than 50% of the graduate students evaluated the PE class generally and below, and the male graduate student satisfaction rate was higher than that of the female graduate student.
3, Shandong colleges and universities in the degree of postgraduate extracurricular sports activities, there are colleges and universities offering physical education classes are higher than those colleges and universities that do not exist.
4, the graduate student training program in Shandong province does not include postgraduate sports education, and it does not get the proper legal status. Most colleges and universities do not attach importance to the postgraduate sports education, but the overall importance of the university is higher than that of the colleges and universities that have not been opened, and there are specific syllabus for physical education.
5, teachers, professorship titles, the number of graduate education and above the number of teachers are less, the proportion is not high, most of the teachers for postgraduate physical education are undergraduate education, mainly the associate professor title.
6, the shortage of sports funds is a common problem in the college graduate sports education in Shandong province. The sources of funds are mainly funded by finance and lack of channels. The field and equipment can generally open the needs of college graduate students' physical education, but there is still a certain gap between the satisfaction of Postgraduates and the postgraduates' extracurricular sports activities.
7, all colleges and universities in Shandong province have not set up the institutions of physical fitness consultation. The number of workout lectures is less and the frequency is low, which can not meet the needs of postgraduate students in sports and fitness consulting.
8, compared with the undergraduate stage, 48.02% of the graduate students think that their physical condition has a different degree of reduction, and the physical energy is also greatly reduced, the health status of college graduate students in Shandong province is not optimistic.
