我国全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养模式存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：目前我国正处在“中国制造2025”大背景之下的经济社会转型发展时期,面临着新一轮科技革命的机遇与挑战,高层次应用型人才成为培养的重点,而中高层次的职业教育在这种职业性、实践性特征鲜明的人才的培养上难以满足当前社会的需要。在此背景下,全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育(简称全日制专硕)应运而生,全日制专硕研究生教育的实质是更高层次的职业教育。基于此,本文探究全日制专硕研究生的培养模式,一方面,能够提出更有效的培养模式,培养出更高素质、综合性强、更具竞争力的人才,从而满足新一轮科技革命背景之下经济社会转型发展对人才更高的需求,进一步促进我国经济社会的新发展;另一方面,能够完善研究生教育培养体系和现代职业教育体系,为研究生教育和现代职业教育的改革与发展提供新思路与方向。为了解目前我国全日制专硕研究生教育在不同领域的培养情况,本文对两所师范性质高校、一所综合性大学和一所医学类高校进行了问卷调查与访谈。通过调查研究分析发现,我国全日制专硕研究生在招生方式、培养目标与年限、课程设置、师资配备、实践基地建设、学位论文撰写要求、评价体系和资助体系等方面取得了明显进展,但也存在一些问题。针对目前我国全日制专硕研究生培养模式中存在的问题,本文提出了以下应对策略:创新招生方式,探索职业教育及应用型本科与全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育衔接;明确培养目标,凸显培养特色;以市场需求和发展为导向,探索产学研合作培养新模式;建设完善“双师型”教师队伍,构建专业学位的师资队伍;坚持以问题为导向的学位论文写作;建立完善的质量评估和资助体系。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of economic and social transformation and development under the background of "made in China 2025", facing the opportunities and challenges of a new round of scientific and technological revolution. However, the high-level vocational education is difficult to meet the needs of the present society in the training of such professional and practical talents. Under this background, full-time master degree graduate education (referred to as full-time specialized education) came into being, the essence of full-time professional graduate education is a higher level of vocational education. Based on this, this paper explores the training model of full-time specialized graduate students. On the one hand, it can put forward more effective training mode, cultivate more qualified, comprehensive and competitive talents. In order to meet the higher demand for talents in the economic and social transformation and development under the background of the new round of science and technology revolution, and to further promote the new development of our country's economy and society, on the other hand, it can perfect the graduate education and training system and the modern vocational education system. It provides new ideas and directions for the reform and development of graduate education and modern vocational education. In order to understand the cultivation of full-time post-graduate education in different fields in China, this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews on two normal universities, one comprehensive university and one medical university. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that full-time graduate students in China are required for recruiting students, training objectives and years, curriculum setting, teaching staff, practice base construction, degree thesis writing. Significant progress has been made in evaluation system and funding system, but there are still some problems. In view of the problems existing in the training mode of full-time specialized graduate students in China, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: innovating the ways of recruiting students, exploring the link between vocational education and applied undergraduate and full-time graduate education of master's degree; Make clear the training goal, highlight the training characteristic, take the market demand and the development as the guidance, explore the new mode of production, college and research cooperation training, build and perfect the "double qualified" teacher team, construct the teaching staff of the professional degree; Adhere to problem-oriented thesis writing; establish a sound quality evaluation and funding system.
