心理咨询方向研究生临床实习课程化管理效果的初步评价

【摘要】：目的:探索高校心理咨询方向研究生临床实习课程化管理的效果。方法:选取参加30天暑期临床实习的心理咨询方向研究生26名[平均年龄(24±1)岁],采用自编临床实习效果调查问卷从过程和结果两方面评价。结果:实习生对临床实习活动的参与率为50.0%~96.2%;实习生的总体满意度为(3.8±0.8),带教对实习生的总体满意度为(4.0±0.8);有92.3%的实习生出勤超过224 h并完成实习任务;临床实习后,实习生8个方面的专业能力提升(均P0.05)。结论:临床实习课程化管理对提高心理咨询方向研究生临床技能可能是一条有效的途径。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of clinical practice course management for graduate students in the direction of psychological counseling in colleges and universities. Methods: 26 postgraduates (mean age of 24 卤1) who attended 30 days of summer clinical practice were selected and evaluated from both process and result by self-designed questionnaire on clinical practice effect. Results: the participation rate of intern in clinical practice was 50.0 and 96.22.The overall satisfaction of intern was 3.8 卤0.80.The overall satisfaction of trainee was 4.0 卤0.80.92.3% of the interns were on duty for more than 224 hours and completed the task after clinical practice. The professional ability of the intern in 8 aspects was improved (all P 0.05). Conclusion: clinical practice course management may be an effective way to improve the clinical skills of graduate students in the direction of psychological counseling.
