扩招后全日制硕士研究生思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】:1999年开始中国高校逐年扩大招生规模,至今这12年来我国高等教育取得了前所未有的发展,特别是研究生教育发生着深刻的甚至是划时代的变化,取得了巨大成就。本文要研究的就是扩招以来(1999年至今),我国高校全日制在校硕士研究生的思想政治教育问题。长期以来,我国高校思想政治教育工作的对象主要是本、专科阶段的学生,因此对硕士研究生群体的思想政治教育工作的理论及实践探索较少,而硕士研究生的思想政治状况直接关系到我国科教工作队伍的素质,也在一定程度上关系到我国现代化建设。随着我国高等教育改革与发展进程的不断加快,硕士研究生人数急剧增加,1999年我国在校研究生数量为23.4万人,到2009我国在校研究生数量已达到140.5万人。与此同时,硕士研究生的年龄结构、身心特点、生源层次等方面在不断发生着变化,传统思想政治教育的不适应性也随之不断呈现。如何应对不断出现的问题;怎样建立适应新形势的思想政治教育理论系统等问题摆在高校思想政治教育工作者的面前,并且亟待解决。党和国家历来十分重视研究生的思想政治教育问题,近年来更是重点关注硕士研究生的思想政治教育的相关问题,多次下发相关文件,以加强和改进研究生思想政治教育工作。对广大的研究生思想政治教育的研究学者和研究生思想政治教育工作者来说,在面临着前所未有的发展机遇的同时,也面临着十分严峻的挑战。本文在硕士研究生持续扩招十余年的背景下对我国硕士研究生的思想道德状况、研究生思想政治教育工作状况、研究生思想政治理论课等状况对我国四所高校的在校全日制硕士研究生采用问卷的方式进行了调研,并对获得数据加以统计和分析,依据国家相关文件精神、研究生的培养目标、国内外形势的新变化,充分考虑研究生这个特殊群体的特点,在我国研究生思想政治教育相关理论成果的基础上,提出了加强和改进硕士研究生思想政治教育工作的一些内容和方法。首次提出了“嵌入式”思想政治教育的理念,主张把思想政治教育的新内容嵌入到思想政治教育的体系中;把思想政治教育工作嵌入到硕士研究生的学习和生活中;把思想政治教育工作者嵌入到硕士研究生群体中,从而可以达到用“隐形”的工作方法,得到事半功倍成效的教育效果。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, Chinese colleges and universities have expanded the enrollment scale year by year. Since then, China's higher education has made unprecedented development in the past 12 years, especially the postgraduate education has undergone profound and even epoch-making changes, and has made great achievements. This paper is to study the ideological and political education of full-time graduate students in colleges and universities since the expansion of enrollment (1999 to present). For a long time, the object of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country is mainly the students in the specialized stage, so there are few theoretical and practical explorations of the ideological and political education of the graduate students. The ideological and political status of graduate students is directly related to the quality of our country's scientific and educational work team, but also to a certain extent related to the modernization of our country. With the acceleration of the reform and development of higher education in China, the number of graduate students has increased dramatically. In 1999, the number of graduate students in our country was 234000, and the number of graduate students in China reached 1.405 million in 2009. At the same time, the age structure, physical and mental characteristics, and the level of students are constantly changing, and the inadaptability of traditional ideological and political education is also emerging. How to deal with the problems and how to set up a theoretical system of ideological and political education to adapt to the new situation are in front of the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities, and need to be solved urgently. The Party and the country have always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of postgraduates. In recent years, they have paid more attention to the related problems of the ideological and political education of postgraduates, and issued relevant documents many times in order to strengthen and improve the work of ideological and political education for postgraduates. For the majority of graduate student ideological and political education research scholars and graduate ideological and political education workers, in the face of unprecedented opportunities for development, but also facing a very serious challenge. Under the background of more than ten years' continuous expansion of graduate students' enrollment, this paper discusses the ideological and moral status of our country's master's graduate students and the work of postgraduates' ideological and political education. The status of ideological and political theory of graduate students in four colleges and universities in China has been investigated in the form of questionnaires, statistics and analysis of the data obtained, according to the spirit of relevant national documents, The training objectives of graduate students, the new changes in the situation at home and abroad, and the characteristics of this special group of graduate students are fully considered, and on the basis of the relevant theoretical achievements in the ideological and political education of graduate students in our country, Some contents and methods of strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of graduate students are put forward. This paper puts forward the idea of "embedded" ideological and political education for the first time, and proposes to embed the new contents of ideological and political education into the system of ideological and political education, and to embed ideological and political education work into the study and life of graduate students. The ideological and political education workers are embedded in the group of master's graduate students, so that they can use the "invisible" working method and obtain the educational effect with twice the result with half the effort.
