中日硕士研究生导师制比较研究

【摘要】：随着经济的飞速发展,社会对高层次人才的需求也大幅上升,继本科生扩招之后,原本作为高精尖人才培养的研究生教育规模也在不断扩大,虽然扩招使更多学生有了继续学习深造的机会,但研究生质量下降、找工作困难等弊端却是不容忽视的。那么,怎样才能保证研究生的教育质量呢?最根本也是最直接的方法就是提高导师队伍的素质,因为只有高素质的导师才能带出优秀的研究生。日本是东方的教育大国,尤其是在上世纪九十年代以后,日本政府更加注重研究生教育,为了提高硕士研究生导师队伍的整体质量,日本又进行了较大力度的改革,不但吸收了大量美式的观念和方法,同时又保留了大量东方文化和大和民族的传统,因此,其特点是十分鲜明的。本文从中日硕士研究生导师制的现状出发,通过对选聘制度、考核制度、指导模式、职责规定等方面进行比较,找出了两国硕士研究生导师制的异同以及我国硕士研究生导师制存在的问题,总结经验教训、借鉴优越之处,为我国硕士研究生导师制的不断完善提供理论依据。文章采用比较法、文献资料等研究方法,立足于我国硕士研究生导师制的现状,以较为系统全面的归纳及比较中日硕士研究生导师制为创新点,提出了完善我国硕士生导师制的合理化建议,希望能为我国硕士研究生导师制的不断完善做出贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the economy, the social demand for high-level talents has also risen substantially. After the expansion of undergraduate enrollment, the scale of graduate education originally trained as a top talent is also expanding. Although the expansion of enrollment makes more students have the opportunity to continue to study, but the quality of graduate students decline, difficult to find a job and other drawbacks can not be ignored. So, how can we guarantee the quality of graduate education? The most fundamental and direct way is to improve the quality of tutors, because only high-quality tutors can bring out excellent graduate students. Japan is a big educational country in the East, especially since the 1990s, the Japanese government has paid more attention to graduate education. In order to improve the overall quality of the graduate tutor team, Japan has also made great efforts to reform. It not only absorbs a large number of American ideas and methods, but also retains a great deal of oriental culture and the tradition of Daiwa nation. Starting from the current situation of the tutor system for master degree students in China and Japan, this paper compares the selection and employment system, the examination system, the guidance model, the duties and regulations, etc. This paper finds out the similarities and differences between the two countries' master tutor system and the problems existing in the master's tutorial system in our country, summarizes the experience and lessons, draws lessons from the advantages, and provides the theoretical basis for the continuous improvement of the master's tutor system in our country. This paper adopts comparative method, literature and other research methods, based on the current situation of the master's tutor system in China, and takes the more systematic and comprehensive induction and comparison of the master's tutor system in China and Japan as the innovation point. This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on how to perfect the tutor system for master students in our country and hopes to contribute to the continuous improvement of the tutorial system for master students in our country.
