加强学位审核管理,提高学位授予质量

【摘要】：结合北京航空航天大学的实践与探索,提出提高研究生学位授予质量的若干措施:重新定位学位审核目标,从国家建设对人才培养的需要出发,培养知识、能力和素质与之相适应的高层次人才;完善学位标准,引领研究生培养质量;坚持研究生参与科技研发,提高科研能力;鼓励研究生参与科技成果整理,提高科研素质;健全校院两级学位审核机制,充分调动分委员会的主动性。
[Abstract]:Combined with the practice and exploration of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, some measures to improve the quality of graduate degree award are put forward: reorienting the objective of degree examination, training knowledge according to the needs of national construction for the cultivation of talents. Ability and quality to adapt to the high-level talent; improve the degree standards, leading the quality of postgraduate training; insist on postgraduate participation in scientific and technological research and development, improve the ability of scientific research, encourage graduate students to participate in the collation of scientific and technological achievements, improve the quality of scientific research; Improve the two-level academic degree examination mechanism, fully mobilize the initiative of the sub-committee.
