【摘要】:美国的研究生教育在世界上享有盛名。作为最高层次的教育,美国研究生教育为美国国家科技发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。美国研究生教育获得成功的重要原因之一就是在研究生培养过程中坚持了研究生培养与科研一体化的培养方式。 论文在对美国研究生培养与科研一体化形成的内、外部条件进行分析的基础上,重点从美国研究生的招生、教学、博士资格考试、科学研究等多个方面对“一体化培养方式”的现状给予介绍,并就其在新的时代背景下出现的一些问题给予揭示。最后,在借鉴美国研究生培养经验的基础上,结合我国研究生教育的实际,提出一些有益的借鉴和启示:即把科技人才的培养作为国家科技政策的重要组成部分:创造有利条件为“大学科研”提供经济和制度上的援助:加快研究生招生制度改革,扩大学校和导师的自主权;坚持“出人才”和“出成果”并重的原则:坚持宽口径培养研究生。
[Abstract]:Graduate education in the United States is well known in the world. As the highest level of education, graduate education in the United States has made indelible contributions to the development of science and technology in the United States. One of the important reasons for the success of graduate education in the United States is to insist on the integration of graduate training and scientific research in the process of graduate education. On the basis of the analysis of the internal and external conditions of the integration of graduate training and scientific research in the United States, the thesis focuses on the recruitment, teaching and examination of doctoral qualifications of American graduate students. This paper introduces the present situation of "integrated cultivation mode" from many aspects, such as scientific research, and reveals some problems which appear under the background of the new era. Finally, on the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of graduate education in the United States, combined with the reality of graduate education in China, Some useful references and revelations are put forward: the cultivation of scientific and technological talents is regarded as an important part of the national science and technology policy: to create favorable conditions to provide economic and institutional assistance for "university scientific research", and to speed up the reform of graduate enrollment system, Expand the autonomy of schools and tutors; adhere to the "talent" and "achievement" principle: adhere to wide-caliber graduate training.
