以“三双-三融”模式培养工程硕士研究生——武汉科技大学的实践

【摘要】：针对工程硕士研究生培养过程中存在的培养模式同质化、人才培养与行业需求脱节等问题,笔者以武汉科技大学为例,提出了以提升职业能力为导向的"三双—三融"工程硕士研究生培养模式,通过"双基地""双导师""双评价"的"三双"培养方法和以"校、地、企、院、际、内"为协同体的多元"融合"、实践教学与理论教学的有机"融合"、课题研究与工程应用的交叉"融合"的"三融"机制,为工程硕士研究生培养提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of homogenization of training mode and disconnection between talent training and industry demand, the author takes Wuhan University of Science and Technology as an example. This paper puts forward the training mode of "three pairs-three melts" of engineering master degree, which is directed by improving professional ability, through the "double base", "double tutor", "double evaluation" training method and "school, land, enterprise, college, international, international", "university, land, enterprise, college and university", through "double base", "double tutor" and "double evaluation". The internal "fusion" is the multiple "fusion" of the synergetic body, the organic "fusion" of the practical teaching and the theoretical teaching, and the "triple fusion" mechanism of the cross "fusion" of the subject research and the engineering application, which provides a reference for the cultivation of the graduate students of engineering master's degree.
