基于学生主体的新疆高校研究生专业学习满意度研究

【摘要】：关注学生主体性是高校提高教育质量的关键。另外,“以学生为中心”的教育理念的浪潮也在高校中掀起,“以学生为中心”的新视角也促使教育领导者和决策者要把学生的需要作为提高服务质量的重点。研究正是以“学生主体性”为视角,基于研究生的需求,以新疆三所高校的全日制学术型硕士研究生为研究对象,通过问卷调查及访谈获取相关数据,并对其进行了统计与分析。研究的目的是了解新疆高校研究生专业学习满意度的现状,找出研究生不满意的因素并进行原因分析。最后,提出能够改进和提高研究生满意度的建议和对策。其调查的研究生专业学习满意度维度包括:课程学习与教学、学习条件、导师指导和学研环境。通过调查可知:新疆高校研究生对专业学习维度大多比较满意,只是对课程学习与教学、学习条件、导师指导三个维度中的个别指标不满意。其中,课程学习与教学包括课程的实践性和前沿性低;学习条件包括图书馆资源紧张、实验室设备和条件落后、网络服务质量低;导师指导包括导师指导时间少。然后,基于学生主体角度分析问题存在的原因在在课程学习与教学方面:研究生课程依然在延续本科生课程、课程设置权分配体制不健全;在导师指导方面:导师指导责任心意识较薄弱、导师指导管理制度不完善;在学习条件方面:网络服务质量低、实验室设备和图书馆资源落后等。最后,基于学生主体性的视角从高校、导师和研究生本身提出相应的建议和对策,包括:第一,改革课程教学,实现学生主体发展的需要;第二,完善导师指导制度,实现导师有效性指导;第三,改善学习条件,尽力满足学生基本需求;第四,学生要树立学生主体观念,提高参与意识。
[Abstract]:Paying attention to students' subjectivity is the key to improve the quality of education in colleges and universities. In addition, the tide of "student-centered" educational concept is also raised in colleges and universities. The new perspective of student-centered also urges educational leaders and decision makers to take the needs of students as the focus of improving service quality. From the perspective of "student subjectivity" and based on the demand of graduate students, the research takes the full-time academic graduate students of three universities in Xinjiang as the research object, and obtains the relevant data through questionnaires and interviews. And the statistics and analysis are carried out. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors of graduate students' dissatisfaction and analyze the reasons. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve and improve graduate degree of satisfaction. The dimensions of graduate students' professional learning satisfaction include: curriculum learning and teaching, learning conditions, tutors' guidance and learning and research environment. Through the investigation, it can be seen that most of the graduate students in Xinjiang are satisfied with the professional learning dimension, but they are not satisfied with the individual indexes in the three dimensions of curriculum learning and teaching, learning conditions and tutors' guidance. Among them, the course learning and teaching includes the low practicality and frontiers of the curriculum; the learning conditions include the shortage of library resources, the backwardness of laboratory equipment and conditions, the low quality of network service, and the less time of tutors including tutors. Then, based on the analysis of students' subject, the causes of the problems lie in the aspects of curriculum learning and teaching: postgraduate courses are still continuing undergraduate courses, and the allocation system of curriculum right is not perfect; In the aspect of tutors' guidance: the sense of responsibility of tutors' guidance is weak, the management system of tutors' guidance is not perfect, the quality of network service is low, the resources of laboratory equipment and library are backward, etc. Finally, based on the perspective of students' subjectivity, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from universities, tutors and graduate students themselves, including: first, to reform the curriculum teaching, to realize the needs of the development of students' main body; second, to improve the tutor guidance system. Third, improve the learning conditions, try to meet the basic needs of students; fourth, students should set up the concept of students' main body, improve the consciousness of participation.
