就业引导教育融入研究生培养过程的机制研究

【摘要】：针对我国高校研究生教育普遍存在就业引导教育缺失等问题,认为将就业引导教育融入研究生培养过程中,需要坚持理想信念导向,推进全员育人,创新科学的就业引导理念;需要坚持全程育人导向,覆盖课堂内外,构建新型的就业引导体系;需要坚持实践育人导向,强化责任培养,打造丰富的职业实践体系;需要坚持协同育人导向,加强校企合作,构筑优质的就业服务体系。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of employment guidance education in graduate education in colleges and universities in China, it is considered that it is necessary to adhere to the ideal and belief orientation, to promote the education of the whole staff and to innovate the scientific employment guidance idea in the process of graduate education. We need to adhere to the guidance of the whole process of education, cover the classroom, build a new type of employment guidance system; we need to adhere to the guidance of practical education, strengthen responsibility training, create a rich system of professional practice, need to adhere to the guidance of collaborative education, Strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and build a high-quality employment service system.
