【摘要】: 高校图书馆设立图书馆学情报学硕士点,是颇具中国特色的新生事物,为保证研究生培养质量,对其培养模式进行研究是非常必要的。 本文从调研国内外图书馆学情报学研究生培养状况入手,探索高校图书馆硕士研究生培养模式。研究过程以研究生培养模式为切入点,采用理论与实践、历史与现实、国际与国内、过程与结构相结合的方法,调查我国高校图书馆硕士点的教学科研数据,研究目前高校图书馆硕士点培养研究生的状况,在借鉴国内外培养图书馆学情报学研究生经验基础上,尝试从培养目标、入学形式、培养方式和质量评价四个方面对我国高校图书馆硕士研究生培养模式的构建进行探讨。 论文遵循兼容并存与个性发展相结合、系统性与独立性相结合、国际化与本土化相结合、稳定性与发展性相结合的原则,提出图书馆硕士点应立足实际,在培养方向上侧重应用型研究生的培养,重点加强师资队伍建设,从招生宣传、课程设置,到中期考核和论文撰写等环节都要加强管理,并提出研究生培养模式可以借鉴国际质量管理理念,逐步形成具有我国高校图书馆特色的新型硕士研究生培养模式。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a master's degree in library and information science in university libraries is a new thing with Chinese characteristics. In order to guarantee the quality of postgraduate training, it is very necessary to study its training mode. Based on the investigation of the status of postgraduate training in library and information science at home and abroad, this paper explores the mode of cultivating graduate students in university libraries. The research process takes the postgraduate training model as the breakthrough point, adopts the method of combining theory and practice, history and reality, international and domestic, process and structure, investigates the teaching and scientific research data of master's degree in university library of our country. On the basis of the experience of cultivating postgraduate students in library and information science at home and abroad, this paper attempts to study the situation of cultivating postgraduate students in university libraries. This paper probes into the construction of the cultivation mode of master's graduate students in university libraries in China from four aspects: training mode and quality evaluation. The paper follows the principles of compatibility and personality development, systematization and independence, internationalization and localization, stability and development, and points out that the master's point of library should be based on reality. In the direction of training, we should lay stress on the cultivation of applied graduate students and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff. We should strengthen the management of such links as enrollment publicity, curriculum design, mid-term examination and paper writing. It is suggested that the postgraduate training mode can draw lessons from the international quality management concept and gradually form a new type of postgraduate training mode with the characteristics of university libraries in China.
