来华留学研究生培养质量调查

【摘要】：在大规模实证调研的基础上,发现我国的政府资助来华留学研究生数量稳步增长,对培养质量的满意度比较高,基本达到了预期的目标。但是依然存在着生源质量参差不齐,留学生语言障碍较大,对中国的课堂教学方式不够适应,教师培养留学生的积极性不高,部分高校对培养质量监控不力等问题。在探寻问题产生的原因的基础上,为来华留学自主招生项目的进一步发展提供了政策建议。
[Abstract]:On the basis of large-scale empirical research, it is found that the number of graduate students funded by our government to study in China has increased steadily, and the satisfaction with the training quality is relatively high, which basically achieves the expected goal. However, there are still some problems, such as uneven quality of students, large language barriers for foreign students, inadequate adaptation to classroom teaching methods in China, low enthusiasm of teachers in training foreign students, and inadequate supervision of training quality in some colleges and universities. On the basis of exploring the causes of the problems, it provides policy suggestions for the further development of the independent enrollment program of studying abroad in China.
