教育学专业硕士研究生核心素养及其培养研究

【摘要】:随着《学位与研究生教育发展“十三五”规划》和《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设实施办法(暂行)》的敲定出台,如何贯彻落实“立德树人”的根本任务,全面提升研究生整体实力,是高等教育在适应新时期、新形势之下全面改革和发展所面临的首要问题。研究生位于人才序列的最高层次,其整体实力直接影响着学生的水平、学科的发展、高校的质量、国家的进步。核心素养以全新的视角审视和厘清了人才培养的思路,以核心素养为抓手,我国教育改革和发展由此转换了新动力。因此,培养研究生核心素养是研究生教育的题中之意,也是至关重要的内容,有利于培养我国优质的高层次人才,有利于助力我国高等教育迈上发展的新台阶,有利于实现我国未来发展的宏伟蓝图。这是高校肩负的光荣使命和义不容辞的职责。结合对已有文献资料的整理和思考,笔者认为教育学专业硕士研究生的核心素养是以教育专业研究能力为圆心,以包括教育学人专业认同、教育专业学术品格、教育专业理论积淀、教育专业人文精神、教育专业实践修养等在内的五个扇面为支撑而构建起来的体系。基于这个核心素养体系,对学生已有的能力进行完善和补充,进而建立健全具有教育学专业特色的自成体系的核心素养结构,以期全面提升教育学专业硕士研究生整体实力。通过调研结果显示,目前教育学专业硕士研究生在教育学人专业认同、教育专业学术品格、教育专业研究能力、教育专业理论积淀、教育专业人文精神、教育专业实践修养等方面都存在或多或少的问题。而导致教育学专业硕士研究生的核心素养存在问题的成因主要有培养制度设计的缺陷、课程教学与评价不足、生源基础短板的制约、社会价值取向的影响、科研环境还有待完善等五大方面。针对教育学专业硕士研究生核心素养的现状及存在的问题,笔者尝试着提出了树立核心素养的教育理念、完善教育学专业培养制度、改革教育学专业教育评价、夯实核心素养的教育基础、改善核心素养的文化环境等五条路径来更好地培养教育学专业硕士研究生的核心素养。此次以教育学专业入手,研究了教育学专业硕士研究生核心素养的现状、问题及成因,并提出改善路径,以期为其他专业和高等教育阶段其他学段的核心素养研究提供参考和铺垫。
[Abstract]:With the finalization of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of degree and Postgraduate Education and the finalization of the implementation measures for the overall Promotion of the Construction of world-class Universities and Topics (interim), how to carry out the fundamental task of "building people by virtue", To improve the overall strength of graduate students is the most important problem for the overall reform and development of higher education in the new era and new situation. Graduate students are at the highest level of talent sequence, and their overall strength directly affects the level of students, the development of disciplines, the quality of colleges and universities, and the progress of the country. The core literacy examines and clarifies the train of thought of talent training from a new angle of view, and takes the core accomplishment as the starting point, thus the education reform and development in our country have changed the new motive force. Therefore, the cultivation of graduate students' core accomplishment is not only the meaning of graduate education, but also a vital content, which is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality high-level talents, and helps our higher education to a new level of development. It is conducive to the realization of China's future development of the grand blueprint. This is the glorious mission and duty-bound duty of colleges and universities. Combined with the existing literature, the author thinks that the core accomplishment of the graduate students majoring in pedagogy is centered on the research ability of the education specialty, including the professional identity of the educationist, the academic character of the education specialty, and so on. The five sectors, including the accumulation of educational specialty theory, the humanistic spirit of educational specialty and the practical accomplishment of educational specialty, are supported by the system. Based on this core literacy system, the students' existing abilities are perfected and supplemented, and then the core literacy structure with the characteristics of pedagogy specialty is established in order to enhance the overall strength of postgraduates majoring in pedagogy in an all-round way. The results show that, at present, postgraduates majoring in pedagogy have professional identity in education, academic character in education, research ability in education, theory accumulation in education, humanistic spirit in education. There are more or less problems in the practice of education. However, the main causes of the problems in the core accomplishment of the graduate students majoring in pedagogy are the defects in the design of the training system, the insufficient teaching and evaluation of the curriculum, the restriction of the source of students, and the influence of the social value orientation. The scientific research environment still needs to be improved and so on. In view of the present situation and existing problems of the core literacy of postgraduates majoring in pedagogy, the author tries to put forward the educational idea of establishing core literacy, perfecting the training system of pedagogy specialty, and reforming the educational evaluation of pedagogy specialty. Strengthening the educational foundation of core literacy and improving the cultural environment of core literacy are five ways to better cultivate the core literacy of postgraduates majoring in pedagogy. Starting with the pedagogy major, this paper studies the present situation, problems and causes of the core literacy of the graduate students majoring in pedagogy, and puts forward some ways to improve it. In order to provide reference and foreshadowing for the core literacy research of other majors and other stages of higher education.
