美国职业博士学位的特征及其启示

【摘要】：美国职业博士学位的设立和发展源于美国高等教育为市场需求服务的宗旨,是美国高等教育传统中的价值核心,其动力是市场经济条件下市场的信息传递功能、资源配置功能、经济联系功能、利益分配功能和社会服务功能;美国职业博士学位力求解决学有所为和事有人为的双重市场压力。美国职业博士学位是对职业性博士培养体系和标准的认可形式,从根本上决定了培养目标、方法和效果的合法性;它的学位设立服从于人力资源市场调节的供求机制和人力资源市场的运行机制;是美国高等教育体系与市场运行的基本平衡协调和高等教育体系与美国职业准入机制的协调。借鉴美国职业博士学位制度,建立中国职业博士的社会运行体系,发展中国职业博士专业教育和专业训练,进而满足国内高层次人才学有所为的需要,是我国高等教育学位建设亟待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:The establishment and development of American professional doctorate degree originates from the tenet that American higher education serves the market demand and is the core of value in the tradition of American higher education. Its motive force is the function of market information transmission and resource allocation under the condition of market economy. Economic connection function, benefit distribution function and social service function; American professional doctorate seeks to solve the double market pressure of doing something and doing things. American professional doctorate degree is the recognition form of professional doctor training system and standard, which fundamentally determines the legitimacy of training goal, method and effect. The establishment of degree is based on the supply and demand mechanism of human resource market and the operation mechanism of human resource market. It is the basic balance between American higher education system and market operation and the coordination between higher education system and American occupation access mechanism. Draw lessons from the American system of professional doctorate, establish the social operation system of Chinese vocational doctor, develop professional education and training of professional doctor in China, and then meet the needs of high level talents in China. It is an urgent problem to solve in the construction of higher education degree in our country.
