在读学术型硕士生的教育满意度研究

【摘要】：高质量的研究生教育对于国家提升综合实力、发展科学技术十分重要。经济和科技的全球化,使得各国越来越重视高层次科研人才的培养质量,因此提高研究生教育质量成为各方关注的焦点。另外,随着研究生教育收费制度的实施和顾客满意度理论在高等教育领域的广泛运用,提高研究生教育满意度成为我国各高校关注的热点。本文围绕硕士生教育满意度这一主题,运用文献法、问卷法和访谈法,以山西省五所高校为例进行了研究,具体包括以下几部分:第一,笔者在对学生满意度和教育满意度相关概念进行界定的基础上,阐述了需要层次理论、顾客满意度理论、期望理论和认知不协调理论,介绍了研究设计。第二,笔者在对山西省五所高校在读学术型硕士生教育满意度进行问卷调查的基础上,通过对调查数据的整理和分析,总结出在读学术型硕士生的总体和各维度满意度状况及其个体特征对教育满意度的影响。第三,针对在读学术型硕士生的教育满意度状况,笔者对部分在读学术型硕士生进行了访谈,通过对问卷开放式问题答案和访谈材料的整理和分析,从社会、学校等外部环境和在读学术型硕士生自身两大方面进行了原因分析。第四,笔者针对得出的结论,分别从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出了提高在读学术型硕士生教育满意度的对策。首先,高校应以民主为原则,为学术型硕士生的学习、研究构建平等自由的校园环境·,其次,高校应以质量为核心,将目标制定、教育服务和质量评估三大环节落到实处;最后,硕士生应增强主体意识,了解自身优劣势并提高学习积极性。
[Abstract]:High-quality graduate education is very important for the country to enhance its comprehensive strength and to develop science and technology. With the globalization of economy and science and technology, more and more countries attach importance to the training quality of high-level scientific research talents, so improving the quality of graduate education has become the focus of attention. In addition, with the implementation of the charging system for graduate education and the extensive application of customer satisfaction theory in the field of higher education, improving graduate education satisfaction has become the focus of attention of colleges and universities in China. This paper focuses on the theme of the degree of education satisfaction of master degree students, using literature method, questionnaire method and interview method, taking five universities in Shanxi Province as an example, including the following parts: first, On the basis of defining the concepts of student satisfaction and education satisfaction, the author expounds the theory of hierarchy of needs, the theory of customer satisfaction, the theory of expectation and the theory of cognitive disharmony, and introduces the research design. Secondly, on the basis of a questionnaire survey on the educational satisfaction of the academic master students in five universities in Shanxi Province, the author collates and analyzes the survey data. This paper summarizes the overall and various dimensions of the degree of satisfaction and the influence of individual characteristics on the degree of educational satisfaction. Third, according to the education satisfaction of the academic master students, the author interviews some of the academic master students, through the questionnaire open question answers and interview materials collation and analysis, from the society, This paper analyzes the causes of the external environment and the academic master students themselves. Fourthly, according to the conclusions, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the satisfaction degree of education of academic master students from three aspects: macroscopic, meso and microcosmic. Firstly, colleges and universities should take democracy as the principle, study and construct the equal and free campus environment for the academic master students. Secondly, colleges and universities should take quality as the core and implement the three links of goal formulation, education service and quality evaluation. Finally, the master students should strengthen their subjective consciousness, understand their own advantages and disadvantages and improve their learning enthusiasm.
