财经类专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养研究

【摘要】:硕士研究生教育是为了向科研机构和教育领域输送具有教学能力和独立科研能力的高层次学术人才,但是在经济社会不断全球化的今天,高层次的学术人才已经不足以满足社会对人才的需求,高校毕业的研究生也不再只是把目标定格在科研和教育上,而是走向了一个个更实际的就业岗位。专业学位硕士研究生则是为了培养不同于学术型研究生的高层次应用型人才,其最突出的特点即为实践。但是由于在培养模式上没有创新,大多沿用学术型研究生的培养模式,并没有达到预期的效果。另外,对财经类专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养的研究并不完善,因此,本文在参考学术研究成果的基础上研究财经类专业学位硕士研究生的实践能力培养,在理论上结合布迪厄的社会实践理论,不仅丰富了专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养的研究领域,还在可以提高财经类专业学位硕士研究生的实践能力的同时,提高财经类院校的影响力。本文首先运用文献研究法对已有研究进行了分析和研究,明确了研究的重要性,在此基础上对相关概念进行界定,并选取布迪厄社会实践理论作为理论依据。进而通过问卷调查对财经类专业学位硕士研究生实践能力培养现状进行了解,从布迪厄社会实践理论中的实践场域、实践资本和实践惯习三个角度进行分析。依据构建指标的原则再结合实践理论将影响财经了专业学位硕士研究生的要素进一步细分为校内实践基地、合作企业、课程教学、导师指导、考核方式,在征求相关行政人员和专业教师的基础上,最终构建出有三级指标的研究体系。运用层次分析法对各维度确权,在构建出研究体系后与目前的测评分数进行对比分析,借鉴国外四个较优秀的实践能力培养教学模式,提出实际可行的建议和措施,实践场域方面不仅要完善并加快校内现有实践基地的功能健全和改革,更要加强企业间实践合作等;实践资本方面要政府积极引领企业充分指导实践,充分体现“引进来”和“走出去”,并实行动态课程体系;实践惯习方面要探索重过程的科学评估体系并援引外部监督。
[Abstract]:The purpose of graduate education is to transfer high-level academic talents with teaching ability and independent scientific research ability to scientific research institutions and educational fields. However, today, when the economy and society are constantly globalizing, The high-level academic talents are no longer enough to meet the needs of the society, and graduate students are no longer just setting their goals in scientific research and education, but moving towards more practical jobs. The purpose of professional degree graduate students is to train high-level applied talents which are different from academic graduate students. Its most outstanding feature is practice. However, due to the lack of innovation in the training model, most of the academic graduate training model, and did not achieve the desired results. In addition, the research on the cultivation of practical ability of graduate students majoring in finance and economics is not perfect. Therefore, based on the reference of academic research results, this paper studies the cultivation of practical ability of graduate students majoring in finance and economics. In theory, combined with Bourdieu's social practice theory, it not only enriches the research field of practical ability cultivation of professional degree graduate students, but also improves the practical ability of finance and economics graduate students. Improve the influence of financial colleges and universities. This paper firstly analyzes and studies the existing research with the method of literature research, clarifies the importance of the research, defines the relevant concepts on this basis, and selects Bourdieu's theory of social practice as the theoretical basis. Then through the questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of the practice ability cultivation of the graduate students of finance and economics major degree and master degree, from the Bourdieu social practice theory practice field, the practice capital and the practice habit three angles to carry on the analysis. According to the principle of constructing the index and combining with the practice theory, the factors that affect the finance and economics of the graduate students of the professional degree are further subdivided into the practice base in the school, the cooperative enterprise, the course teaching, the tutor guidance, the examination way. On the basis of soliciting relevant administrators and professional teachers, the research system with three-level indexes is constructed. By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to confirm the right of each dimension, after constructing the research system and comparing it with the current evaluation scores, the author draws lessons from the four better teaching models of practical ability training abroad, and puts forward practical and feasible suggestions and measures. The practice field should not only perfect and speed up the function and reform of the existing practice base, but also strengthen the practical cooperation among enterprises, etc. In practical capital, the government should actively lead enterprises to fully guide the practice. It fully embodies the "introduction" and "going out", and carries out the dynamic curriculum system, while the practice habit should explore the scientific evaluation system with emphasis on the process and invoke external supervision.
