新升本学校建设专业学位点问题的探讨

【摘要】：本文基于我国现有研究生制度的问题讨论,分析了国家高层次人才的发展要求与实现目标的瓶颈,指出如果按国家特殊需求人才培养意见确定研究生学位点建设,不仅可以做到高层次急需人才培养的数量与质量的统一,更可在普遍意义上激发各类高校对培养国家急需人才的积极性。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of the current graduate student system in China, this paper analyzes the development requirements and the bottleneck of the realization of the national high-level talents, and points out that if the construction of graduate degree points is determined according to the opinions of cultivating talents with special national needs, It can not only achieve the unity of quantity and quality of talents training in high level, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of all kinds of colleges and universities to train the badly needed talents in our country in general sense.
