临床医学专业学位研究生与规范化培训住院医师“双轨合一”人才培养模式构建

【摘要】:正人才培养模式是教育质量的首要问题[1],深化人才培养模式改革是提高教育质量的关键[2]。为了提高医学人才培养质量,加快医学人才培养模式改革,教育部、卫生部等部门达成共识开展临床医学"5+3"人才培养模式改革,建立医教协同机制,促进临床医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训制度的衔接。本校2012年经省卫生厅批准率先在四川省开展住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位研究生培养衔接试点工作,
[Abstract]:The training mode of regular talents is the primary problem of educational quality [1], and deepening the reform of talent training mode is the key to improve the quality of education [2]. In order to improve the quality of medical personnel training and speed up the reform of medical talents training mode, the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health and other departments reached a consensus to carry out the reform of clinical medicine "53" personnel training model and to establish a medical and educational coordination mechanism. To promote the link between the postgraduate training of clinical medicine degree and the standardized training system for resident doctors. In 2012, our school was approved by the provincial health department to take the lead in carrying out the pilot work of linking up the standardized training of resident physicians with the cultivation of postgraduate students in clinical medicine in Sichuan Province.
