研究生国家奖学金的价值导向、现实错位及改进对策探析

【摘要】：研究生国家奖学金具有服务国家人力资本战略需求、激励先进、资助育人、引领示范的价值导向。当前,我国研究生国家奖学金在实施过程中存在思想认识不足、重论文数量轻原始创新、重学术成果轻实践能力、重经济奖励轻励志育人、重个人奖励轻示范导向等现实问题,唯有提高思想认识,坚持多元化评价并凸显引领示范的价值导向,才能从根本上扭转我国研究生国家奖学金政策在贯彻落实中出现的错位与偏差。
[Abstract]:National Scholarship for Graduate students has the value orientation of serving the strategic demand of national human capital, encouraging the advanced, supporting and educating people and leading the demonstration. At present, in the process of implementing the national scholarship for graduate students in our country, there are some practical problems, such as the lack of ideological understanding, the emphasis on the number of papers and the neglect of original innovation, the emphasis on academic achievements and the neglect of practical ability, the emphasis on economic rewards, the less on motivational education, and the emphasis on individual rewards and demonstration guidance. Only by raising the ideological awareness, insisting on the pluralistic evaluation and highlighting the value orientation leading the demonstration, can we fundamentally reverse the dislocation and deviation in the implementation of the National Scholarship Policy for Graduate students in China.
