基于TOBIT模型的少数民族研究生培养制度的归因分析

【摘要】：本研究利用面板数据,在Tobit分析框架下探讨了少数民族研究生培养制度的影响因素,结果表明,制度本身、制度制定者、制度执行者、目标群体、活动情景与社会心理都会对少数民族研究生培养制度产生一定影响。因此,有必要从完善制度、激励制度执行者行为效率、合理引导目标群体行为、塑造少数民族积极社会心理等方面加强对少数民族研究生培养。
[Abstract]:Based on panel data and Tobit analysis, this study discusses the influencing factors of the graduate education system of ethnic minorities. The results show that the system itself, the institution itself, the system executor, the target group, and so on. The activity situation and social psychology will have certain influence on the training system of ethnic minority graduate students. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of ethnic minority graduate students from the aspects of perfecting the system, encouraging the behavior efficiency of the executors of the system, reasonably guiding the behavior of the target groups, molding the positive social psychology of the minority nationalities, and so on.
