对我国硕士研究生教育实施弹性学制的研究

【摘要】： 学位与研究生教育多年来一直是高等教育理论研究和实践研究的重点问题。尤其是研究生扩招以来,研究生教育更成为人们关注的焦点,其中硕士研究生教育学制问题是研究生教育的基本问题,因此,对硕士研究生教育学制改革的分析和研究,有利于推进我国高等教育的发展,尤其是研究生教育的全面发展。本论文以学位与研究生教育学的专题研究为框架,主要运用文献法、历史法、比较法等研究方法,对我国硕士研究生教育实施弹性学制进行了介绍和分析。第一,阐述弹性学制的实施背景,论述了弹性学制的产生和我国研究生学制的发展历史,简单介绍了美、英、法、日等几个国家硕士研究生学制现状,并对国内外硕士生学制进行了分析和比较。第二,对我国硕士研究生教育实施弹性学制的现状进行了分析,探讨我国高校硕士研究生学制改革的特点和出现的问题。第三,针对我国高校硕士研究生学制改革中出现的问题,对在我国硕士研究生教育中顺利实施弹性学制提出了初步建议；而且对我国硕士研究生教育实施弹性学制的发展趋势进行了理论上的探索。
[Abstract]:Degree and graduate education have been the focus of theoretical and practical research in higher education for many years. Especially since the expansion of graduate student enrollment, graduate education has become the focus of attention, in which the postgraduate education system is the basic issue of graduate education. Therefore, the analysis and research on the reform of graduate education system, It is propitious to promote the development of higher education in our country, especially the comprehensive development of graduate education. Based on the research of degree and graduate education, this paper introduces and analyzes the flexible system of graduate education in China by using the methods of literature, history and comparison. First, it expounds the background of the implementation of the flexible academic system, discusses the emergence of the flexible academic system and the history of the development of the postgraduate system in China, and briefly introduces the current situation of the graduate student system in the United States, Britain, France, Japan and other countries. At the same time, the author analyzes and compares the master's education system at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper analyzes the present situation of implementing the flexible education system for graduate students in China, and probes into the characteristics and problems of the reform of the postgraduate education system in colleges and universities in China. Thirdly, in view of the problems in the reform of the postgraduate education system in colleges and universities in China, this paper puts forward some preliminary suggestions for the smooth implementation of the flexible academic system in the postgraduate education of our country. Furthermore, the development trend of implementing flexible education system for graduate students in China is explored theoretically.
