我国成人教育学专业研究生培养的困境与对策

【摘要】：成人教育学专业研究生是推动成人教育发展的新生后备力量,其培养对提升个体综合素质和促进社会转型发展具有不容忽视的价值意蕴,其人才培养数量和质量直接关乎成人教育事业的稳步推进和学习型社会的建设进程。由此,必须高度重视成人教育学专业研究生在推动成人教育发展中的重要地位,探寻其在社会转型期的发展机遇和挑战期的时代价值,解析成人教育学专业研究生培养的现实困境,进而提出助力成人教育学专业研究生培养的恰切对策。
[Abstract]:Adult education postgraduate is a new reserve force to promote the development of adult education. Its cultivation is of great value to the promotion of individual comprehensive quality and social transformation and development. The quantity and quality of talent cultivation is directly related to the steady progress of adult education and the construction of a learning society. Attaching great importance to the important position of adult education postgraduates in promoting the development of adult education, exploring their development opportunities and the value of the times in the period of social transformation and challenges, analyzing the practical plight of adult education postgraduate training, and then putting forward appropriate countermeasures to help adult education postgraduate training.
