知识生产模式转型下的博士职业发展——基于国内外相关调查数据的分析

【摘要】：在关于博士就业的研究中,人们把目光更多地集中在博士是否以及如何在传统的就业部门(大学)工作上。但在知识生产模式转型的背景下,各国配置大量资源增强国家创新能力,更值得关注的是博士作为国家主要的科研劳动力是否以及如何在研究型岗位上实现职业发展和贡献。本文讨论了知识生产模式转型对研究型职业生涯以及博士劳动力市场的影响和内在要求,通过基于OECD博士学位获得者职业发展项目和中国农科博士职业发展调查数据对比,从岗位类型角度探讨我国博士职业发展现状,进而提出促进我国博士职业发展、增强国家科研实力的建议。
[Abstract]:In the study of Ph. D. employment, more attention has been focused on whether and how PhDs work in the traditional employment sector. However, under the background of the transformation of knowledge production mode, countries allocate a lot of resources to enhance the national innovation ability. What is more worth paying attention to is whether and how to realize the professional development and contribution of doctoral as the main scientific research labor force in the country. This paper discusses the impact of knowledge production model transformation on research career and the labor market of Ph.D., and compares the data based on the career Development Project of OECD Ph.D. recipients and the Survey data of Chinese Agricultural Ph.D.'s career Development. This paper probes into the status quo of doctoral career development in China from the angle of post type, and then puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of doctorate profession in China and strengthening the national scientific research strength.
