研究生培养机制改革与资助体系构建

【摘要】：工科研究生到企业兼职,一方面能增强社会适应性,提升实践能力,提高科研成果转化率,有助于研究生培养机制改革;另一方面,企业兼职拓宽了资助渠道,发挥资助育人功能,更易被研究生接受。工科研究生企业兼职丰富了以科研为主导的导师负责制和资助制,建议政府、导师和研究生共同努力,推进工科研究生到企业兼职。
[Abstract]:On the one hand, it can enhance the social adaptability, enhance the practical ability, increase the conversion rate of scientific research results, and help reform the graduate training mechanism; on the other hand, the part-time work of the enterprise broadens the channels of financial assistance. Give full play to the function of educational aid, more easily accepted by graduate students. The part-time work of engineering graduate students enriches the tutors responsibility system and subsidization system which is dominated by scientific research. It is suggested that the government, tutors and graduate students should make joint efforts to promote engineering graduate students to work part-time in enterprises.
